* Production takes up to 15 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

* Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Exchange/Refund

· For exchanges or returns, please submit your request within 2 business days of receiving the product (within 1 business day for silver items) through the “Q&A” service under the “Customer Service” category.

· Used, damaged, or incomplete items are not eligible for return.

· For exchanges and returns due to a change of mind, a round-trip shipping fee of USD 38 will be charged.

· Made-to-order process items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Delivery

· I use CJ Korea Express.

· The basic shipping fee is 3,000 won, and an additional shipping fee is 3,000 won for Jeju Island and 4,000 won for mountainous islands.

· It will be released within about 2 days to 7 days after payment.

· Silver/Gold jewelry custom-made products take up to 15 days to produce.

Exchange/Refund

· Please apply for exchange or return within two business days from the date of receipt of the product (within one business day for silver products) through the inquiry bulletin board or OURPIERRE Kakao Talk channel according to the form below.

· Exchange or refund is not possible if there are signs of use, damage to the product, or loss of freebies.

· In the case of product defects, free returns/exchanges are provided, and exchanges are possible only once.

· We charge 6,000 won for round trip shipping for exchanges or returns due to a change of heart.

· Custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned.
